As known, 98 percent of industrial production of Turkey is actualized by small and medium sized enterprises. They are known as KOBI in Turkey and SMEs internationally. These workshops take an important place not only in our country also all over the world.

In our country The term of SMEs is widely used in the economical environments that, the workshops are perceived as a unique existence However, the enterprises mentioned as large sized in our country are actually known as small or medium sized enterprises(SMEs). On the side, the term of SMEs is defined as the businesses employing the workers from 10 to 500.
From this point, it is not an eligible assessment to assemble the businesses with different situations and problems under a unique title.
Objectives
The different sized businesses take the advantages of the supporting and development studies of public foundations and institutes in equable. The large sized businesses make use of the credits and exportation supports excessively with compared to the businesses in need of more support.
In our country it is very difficult to create the possibility of employing and on the other hand the existing capacity is not used sufficiently. Particularly the businesses with employers under 25, are not able to use 70 percent of their capacities. This ratio is not acceptable in point of the economy.
Because of the all reasons mentioned above, it is obvious that the approaching way for SMEs, has to be changed. The different ways of approaching manners are to be improved for different sized businesses. And also distinctive projects should be constituted in order to run the workshops of which transfer the technologies from abroad and make these workshops work efficiently and productive.
Justification
ESP Trade Company has developed a project for especially the SMEs with employers under 50. ESP project is a business model carried on independently upon a public support or an organization.
The main logic of the project is to match the engineers with the superior experience of international communication and profession to the SMEs with idle capacities.
The target and the aim is to increase the employing capacities and contribute the national economy.
The Detailed Description of the Activities
The method of ESP is as fallows:
· To gain the workshops an institutional identity.
· To undertake the management functions such as organization, quality management system, planning system on behalf of the working since the small sized workings have restricted capacity to achieve these management functions.
· To provide certifications valid in international environments.
· To compose documents for management systems of the workings such as ISO9001:2000 management quality system.
· To make these documented workshops participated in ESP Trade production workshops and to add the inactive capacities of the workings to the ESP Trade database.
· The analysis of possibilities of the works in international environments.ESP Trade makes the feasibility studies of work demands by the help of the trade portals and cooperation partners.
The control procedures
The technical team of ESP Trade performs the process controls, analysis, reporting, and the last controls before dispatching of the products that are decided for producing.
At this stage ESP Trade carries out the function of quality control observation in the name of the customers.
ESP Trade Project carries on developing with 2 international partners, a group of 25 producer workshops and membership of various trade portals.
